The Scheduling Process

Initial Consultation: We will discuss your herd goals, current facility setup, and desired timeline.

Strategic Routing: To keep travel costs economical for my clients, I coordinate "routes" where multiple ranches in a similar region are serviced in one trip. Sometimes this is not possible, but I still try to split costs when I can.

Advance Booking: Due to the seasonal nature of the industry, my calendar often fills months in advance. Secure your dates early to ensure availability during peak AI windows.
Travel & Mobilization

Domestic: I travel nationwide to serve Whitetail, Elk, Red Deer, and Reindeer operations. Travel fees are typically shared among producers on the same route or within the same timeframe.

International: International projects, including research and large-scale genetic advancement, are scheduled on a case-by-case basis.

On-Site Coordination: I provide all specialized technical equipment. Upon booking, we will discuss your specific facility layout, chute setup, and animal preparation to ensure a smooth, low-stress environment for the day of AI.
